Sicuramente colpa nostra non aver chiesto in anticipo le tariffe, ma mai ci saremmo aspettati costi più che raddoppiati (quasi triplicati) rispetto ad aziende concorrenti. Sconsigliatissimi. Exorbitant prices. We will never turn to them again. Surely our fault for not having asked for the rates in advance, but we would never have expected costs to more than double (almost tripled) compared to competing companies. Not recommended.

Richiamati hanno risposto che il lavoro era stato esuito in modo corretto senza assumersi nessuna responsabilità. La vasca con quello che ho pagato sarà sicuramente stata svuotata ma non hanno fatto certo la pulizia del fondo. Invito quindi tutti a stare attenti se volete avvalervi di questa ditta. Called for the emptying of a free-standing tank, they carried out the work and after not even a month the tank was full again. Recalled they replied that the work had been carried out correctly without assuming any responsibility. The tub with what I paid will certainly have been emptied but they certainly did not clean the bottom. I therefore invite everyone to be careful if you want to use this company.

Inoltre mi è stata rilasciata una ricevuta ( non fattura) dove non è presente il dettaglio dei costi e quindi non si evince da dove venga fuori una somma così alta per un lavoro che ha richiesto non più di 15 min. Chiamato più volte in azienda per ricevere info in merito ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Sconsigliata vivamente per la poca trasparenza e chiarezza dimostrata al momento del pagamento del servizio. Consiglio di rivolgersi ad altre aziende.
