★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da eccepire al negozio e all'assortimento della merce esposta, naturalmente sono articoli di qualità. Infatti il mio giudizio è relativo ESCLUSIVAMENTE al comportamento apatico, scortese, per niente professionale della "commessa", la quale non si è presa il tempo per consigliare la mia amica che voleva acquistare un paio di scarpe e che pertanto (lasciata a se stessa) ha rinunciato all'acquisto. Non ha consigliato efficacemente la cliente nella scelta delle scarpe né ha seguito la cliente mentre provava le scarpe. Infatti non trovando un soluzione al problema ha deciso di non acquistare.
Inqualificabile il modo in cui ci ha guardate nel momento stesso in cui siamo entrate in negozio. Personalmente da quel momento in poi non vedevo l'ora di andare via. (Scelgo io dove spendere i miei soldi e sceglierò sempre luoghi in cui mi sentirò rispettata).
Ho fatto questo lavoro x diversi anni, seppur in settori diversi, ma ho imparato che c'è una regola che non cambia MAI! Sorridere ed essere gentili permette di ottenere risultati nel lavoro così come nella vita! Mi dispiace per la o per il titolare di questo negozio che non conosco, quindi ribadisco che la mia recensione riguarda solo la sua dipendente.
 Nothing to complain about the shop and the assortment of goods on display, of course they are quality items. In fact, my opinion is EXCLUSIVELY related to the apathetic, rude, not at all professional behavior of the "saleswoman", who did not take the time to advise my friend who wanted to buy a pair of shoes and who therefore (left to herself) has renounced the purchase. He did not effectively advise the client in the choice of shoes nor did he follow the client as she tried on the shoes. In fact, not finding a solution to the problem, he decided not to buy.
The way he looked at us the moment we entered the shop is unqualifiable. Personally from that moment on I couldn't wait to leave. (I choose where to spend my money and I will always choose places where I will feel respected).
I have done this job for several years, albeit in different sectors, but I have learned that there is a rule that NEVER changes! Smiling and being kind allows you to achieve results in work as well as in life! I'm sorry for or for the owner of this shop that I don't know, so I reiterate that my review is only about his employee.
