★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your time and energy with this agency and its owner. Unreliable, unprofessional, not willing to do the job, no care for the client and above all not respectful at all towards people.
I have been trying to have info, to visit properties (that by the way should be what the job of this business is all about) but I only got excuses and not availability in exchange. Most of the properties listed on the website are either already sold, or not available, or anyhow this is what they say when you ask to visit one. Moreover, from a market point of view, their prices are far much higher than others, considering same type of properties.

JUST BRIEFLY
- you forget that you cancelled for 3 times the appointment with me at the very last minute (and you now wonder why I did not write a positive note on you?)
- how do you know about my budget? Have you access to my bank accounts?
- all other companies in the same sector clearly indicate the AREA where the property is located (not the exact address). But at least clients can decide is the area if what they are looking for or not. Your indications are in a completely different part,
Sorry but you show again lack of professionalism and empathy with clientele

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst agency in Puglia, My husband and I came from Spain to just meet with a couple agencies and Anna the owner confirmed with me the day prior and she made us wait for more than a hour in her office, never arrived, never called, no even answered my phone calls. I don't understand the people with no sense of respect and responsibility. Very Sad.

From start to finish and even helping after the sale was complete with things to do about the house as I don’t speak any Italian. Very professional agency.
