Gia' in passato ho dovuto discutere perche' a seguito di un errore del loro tecnico sono dovuti tornare e volevano pagassi una secondo diritto di chiamata, inoltre, in barba alla normativa, i loro tecnici non accettano pagamento con il bancomat. Da evitare assolutamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arroganza da parte del customer service (gentili invece gli operatori che vengono a casa). Particolarmente costosi. Inoltre cercano di fare passare per obbligatorio il controllo dei fumi che invece si può fare ogni due anni. Purtroppo quando si installa una caldaia si dovrebbe prima sapere quali sono i centri assistenza consigliati. Questo non lo è!
