a	anna spatola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assicurazione che non ascolta per nulla le dinamiche di incidente dei propri clienti, (tanto c'è il fesso che paga). Mesi fa ho avuto un incidente con un pedone, il tizio attraversa la strada io freno, scendo gli porgo la mano e questo comincia una sceneggiata e cade su se stesso. I vigili non presenti, rilevano una dinamica falsata, ritirandomi la patente per 3 mesi e una bella multa. Ho spiegato, all'assicurazione che avevo testimoni e foto del sinistro e questi invece mi dicono: "è un pedone, lei lo ha urtato il torto è suo!noi dobbiamo liquidare". Non capacitandomi ho dato mandato ad un legale, alla fine il giudice mi ha dato ragione condannando la polizia municipale per abuso di potere e falso negli atti, ha condannato il comune alle spese processuali e ha annullato i verbali, solo che nel frattempo la mia bella Assicurazione ha liquidato una somma esorbitante al tizio (cifra a 4 zeri!). Ho inviato ricorso e il call center quasi sbalordito se ne uscito con un concorso di colpa! Una storia orripilante!una stella è troppa! I explained to the insurance that I had witnesses and photos of the accident and instead they tell me: "He is a pedestrian, you hit him the wrong is yours! We must liquidate". Not understanding, I gave a mandate to a lawyer, in the end the judge agreed with me by condemning the municipal police for abuse of power and false documents, sentenced the municipality to pay court costs and canceled the minutes, only in the meantime my beautiful Insurance has paid an exorbitant sum to the guy (figure 4 zeros!). I filed an appeal and the call center almost stunned if they came up with a guilt contest! A horrifying story! One star is too much!

Nessuno riesce a risolvere il problema ed io, senza alcuna colpa, sono in loro attesa da settimane senza poter rinnovare la polizza. Poco seri! Bad company! I fell for the cheap price but if you need they are not there. Very nice customer service but totally unnecessary. Nobody can solve the problem and I, without any fault, have been waiting for them for weeks without being able to renew the policy. Not serious!
