Ho comunicato la disdetta in ritardo rispetto ai 2 mesi previsti da contratto, ma l'agente di zona ha preteso ugualmente il premio.
Mi sono rifiutato e adesso da due mesi una società di recupero crediti mi stressa per il pagamento con mora, minacciando di ricorrere con un avvocato! (Ripeto: per 160 euro)
Legalmente la ragione è dalla loro parte, ma il buon senso e il rispetto del cliente dove sono???
Ho altre polizze con altre agenzie Generali che si dimostrano più accorte e comprensive.
Da evitare!!!
After having signed a professional liability insurance for 9 years (around 160 euros / year) without ever having incurred claims, I no longer needed the policy.
I communicated the cancellation late with respect to the 2 months foreseen by the contract, but the area agent still demanded the premium.
I refused and now for two months a debt collection company has been stressing me for payment with arrears, threatening to appeal to a lawyer! (I repeat: for 160 euros)
Legally the reason is on their side, but common sense and respect for the customer where are they ???
I have other policies with other Generali agencies that are more prudent and understanding.
Avoid !!!
