Sono anni che ho lasciato le compagnie online per passare a questa sede. Non sono fedele alle GENERALI ma agli impiegati che lavorano qui. Sanno darmi i consigli migliori. Mi chiamano per ricordarmi le scadenze, se c'è da risparmiare me lo fanno fare... Ed io ho solo RC AUTO ma mi sento coccolata come se avessi investimenti milionari con loro. Sono persone di cui ci si può fidare e ai giorni nostri è importante. Un esempio è stato quando ho tamponato un'auto e mi sono dimenticata di portare la constatazione amichevole alla mia assicurazione... Mi hanno chiamato diverse volte per avere il documento, senza del quale le Generali potevano rifiutarsi di rimborsare la controparte. non hanno pensato che fosse un problema mio fare in modo che l'assicurazione pagasse ma mi hanno cercata per aiutarmi a risolvere il problema.
I am not speaking simply of insurance but of agency, of headquarters. The people who work here are friendly and professional. I have been leaving companies online for years to move to this location. I am not loyal to the GENERALS but to the employees who work here. They know how to give me the best advice. They call me to remind me of the deadlines, if there is anything to save they make me do it ... And I only have RC CARs but I feel pampered as if I had million dollar investments with them. They are people who can be trusted and nowadays it is important. An example was when I hit a car and forgot to bring the friendly statement to my insurance ... They called me several times to get the document, without which Generali could refuse to repay the other party. they didn't think it was my problem to have the insurance pay but they tried to help me solve the problem.
