Non si parla di essere bravi professionali e di non essere impegnati con il lavoro ma di disponibilità come spiego nella recensione che vuole essere sincera. Non posso dare opinioni, che vadano oltre quanto visto, non conoscendoli. Nonostante l amicizia e la convenzione li chiamo su telefono fisso prima occupato e poi libero e non rispondono. Scrivo un messaggio presentandomi che vorrei trovare un elettrauto che mi è stato consigliato dall assicurazione convenzionata e per una scatola nera di facile installazione che gli portavo per installare mi dicono che sono impegnati. In tutto questo mi ero anche scaricato e iscritto alla loro applicazione su playstore che sembra molto valida. Onestamente a Napoli elettrauti e meccanici hanno un carico di lavoro molto superiore specie nella zona ospedaliera e in quelle più densamente abitate e ho chiamato lo stesso elettrauto di Napoli che mi tolse la precedente gratis e non ha avuto problemi nel rispondermi subito e dirmi che non ci sono problemi e me lo fa indipendentemente dalla convenzione o meno. Non escludo che in General Meccanica siano bravi con quanto scritto ma certamente sono poco disponibili nonostante avessi segnalato l amicizia che mi li aveva consigliati. La mia quindi è una brutta esperienza. Abito comunque da un paio di anni ad Angri ed in loro difesa c è cmq da dire che lavorare il giusto senza fare piaceri ai clienti che non ti portano introiti importanti è un modo di fare che riguarda non solo loro. Forse legato alle piccole città che lavorano il giusto senza strafare ma onestamente sono rimasto deluso perché ritengo che nonostante questa considerazione potevano essere più accomodanti con una chiamata o con una controproposta in orari e giorni differenti. Se ero un cliente bisognoso di un aiuto costoso credo (ma non ne posso essere certo) che il tempo probabilmente lo trovavano. Fermo restando che per quello che mi serviva ci volevano 10 minuti e anche se avevano capito male massimo 40-45 minuti del loro tempo. La mia è una semplice constatazione personale ma non posso escludere che siano professionali e competenti. There is no talk of being good professionals and not being busy with work but of availability as I explain in the review that wants to be honest. I cannot give opinions, which go beyond what I have seen, not knowing them. Despite the friendship and the convention, I call them on a fixed telephone that is first busy and then free and they don't answer. I write a message introducing myself that I would like to find an auto electrician who has been recommended to me by the contracted insurance company and for an easy-to-install black box that I brought them to install they tell me that they are busy. In all of this I had also downloaded and subscribed to their application on the playstore which looks very good. Honestly in Naples, electricians and mechanics have a much higher workload especially in the hospital area and in the more densely populated ones and I called the same electrician from Naples who took the previous one away for free and had no problems in answering me immediately and telling me that there they are problems and it does it to me regardless of convention or not. I do not exclude that in General Meccanica they are good with what is written but certainly they are not very helpful despite having indicated the friendship that recommended them to me. So mine is a bad experience. However, I have been living in Angri for a couple of years and in their defense there is cmq to say that working the right without pleasing customers who do not bring you important income is a way of doing that concerns not only them. Perhaps linked to small cities that work the right without overdoing it but honestly I was disappointed because I think that despite this consideration they could be more accommodating with a call or with a counter-proposal at different times and days. If I was a customer in need of expensive help I think (but I can't be sure) that time they probably found it. Notwithstanding that for what I needed it took 10 minutes and even if they had misunderstood a maximum of 40-45 minutes of their time. Mine is a simple personal observation but I cannot exclude that they are professional and competent.

Improvvisamente nelle feste di Natale, il gpl non funziona, (evidentemente qualche rattoppo ha fatto) dopo averlo chiamato ovviamente dopo le feste, ci dice di recarci li, non curante del danno che ci ha provocato, dopo aver atteso 30 minuti che si liberasse, se ne esce di tutta risposta che ha da fare, di ripassare tra 3 mesi o di andare da un’altra parte. Decisamente pessimo, soprattutto come essere umano. Alla fine oltre il danno anche la beffa. Io i soldi me li riguadagno, lui la faccia non più. A mai più rivedervi. Definitely bad, especially as a human being. In the end, besides the damage, there is also insult. I get my money back, he doesn't do it anymore. To never see you again.
