Dato un acconto, e stabilito che nelle settimane successive le avrebbero trovato e abbinato stola e pochette (particolari e difficili da trovare) , dopo un mese e mezzo e alcune telefonate in cui le viene comunicato che in realtà il prezzo del vestito sarebbe dovuto essere di 100 euro superiore, le è stato risposto che avrebbe dovuto provvedere lei a cercare gli accessori ( le pochette le avevano vendute tutte senza tenerne da parte per lei). Inoltre è stata invitata a recedere dall'acquisto in modo da poter vendere il vestito a prezzo pieno a un altra cliente. Vergognoso! BAD QUALITY SERVICE: My mom went to purchase her dress for my wedding. Given a deposit, and established that in the following weeks they would find and match her stole and clutch bag (particular and difficult to find), after a month and a half and a few phone calls in which she was informed that in reality the price of the dress should have been 100 euros higher, she was told that she would have to look for the accessories (the clutches they had sold all without saving them for her). She was also asked to cancel the purchase so that she could sell the dress at full price to another customer. Shameful!
