Non colpisce la folla (credo) perché il suo gusto raffinato non bombarda di zuccheri le papille gustative, ma il suo sapore va cercato… la cura meticolosa del proprietario nella ricerca di prodotti che siano naturali e di conseguenza non alleati del diabete fanno si che questo gelato sia una vera prelibatezza, in un mondo dove il “junk food” è all’ordine del giorno questa gelateria resta un baluardo alle tradizioni e alla natura che ancora trova (grazie a Dio) nella nostra Campania Felix una terra ricca: mangiare deve essere un piacere, mangiare bene dovrebbe essere la priorità! Consiglio anche di provare un gusto alla volta, come il proprietario mi ha suggerito perché si gusta davvero l’essenza singola, e stasera mascarpone al mirtillo è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Alto livello (e non esagero)… Above average ice cream, ingredients and simplicity are its characteristics. Gusti come: extra cioccolato,caramello salato,castagna,pane burro e marmellata,cocco caffè e cannella,ricotta fichi e noci....tutti molto delicati al palato! Da notare che il pistacchio non è verde,ma di un colore naturale mai visto prima. Tutti i gusti sono ottimi,c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Un applauso We bought quite a bit of ice cream to take home. Ho preso kiwi, pera decana e limone e bergamotto, gusti davvero originali. Oltre all'ottimo gelato Il proprietario è una persona simpaticissima, ha una bella voce e una grande professionalità. Gusti particolari e sempre diversi, come dovrebbe essere. Se vi trovate a Sarno e volete gustare un vero gelato artigianale, fateci una tappa. Unexpected. A real artisan ice cream parlor with a capital G, to be counted, in my opinion, among the best ice cream parlors in Italy. Special and always different tastes, as it should be. If you are in Sarno and you want to taste a real artisan ice cream, stop by.
