Se un gelato è di media qualità ma le porzioni sono abbondanti è molto probabile che ciò invogli il cliente a tornare, ma quando un cono di tre euro è senza dubbio quantitativamente inferiore alla media modenese allora si può ben comprendere che le stelline di gradimento non possono superare il numero di una.
