★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non ho assaggiato il gelato la mia recensione negativa e’ per la scortesia di chi era al banco. Subito con il mio buonasera gentile ho ricevuto in cambio in buonasera detto quasi per dispetto . Ok non pretendo tappeti Rossi ognuno ha i suoi problemi. Poi ( ero entrata con mio figlio ) rientra un signore e la tipa con scortesia estrema e sguardo truce dice a noi due : siamo in troppi qui dentro .E ci intima di uscire. Ok esistono le regole e lo so . Ma un “ mi scusi signora etc etc “ era meglio. A parte il signore che era entrato dopo e quindi doveva uscire lui … morale della favola siamo usciti per sempre. Peccato hanno perso clienti che potevano essere fedeli visto che abitiamo nel paese vicino .
I state that I have not tasted the ice cream, my negative review is due to the rudeness of those who were at the counter. Immediately with my kind good evening I received in return in good evening said almost out of spite. Ok I don't expect red carpets everyone has their problems. Then (I had entered with my son) a gentleman comes in and the girl with extreme rudeness and a grim look says to us two: there are too many in here. Ok there are rules and I know. But an "excuse me madam etc etc" was better. Apart from the gentleman who had entered later and therefore had to leave him ... moral of the story we went out forever. Too bad they lost customers who could have been loyal since we live in the neighboring town.
