★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were undecided about the flavours. An employee gave us a few samples. Those bites were the best thing my mouth has ever experienced. Wow. Nothing else mattered. I know gelato. I like it and I'm picky. But this one took vanilla flavor to a whole new level.

Nevertheless my expectations were not completely fulfilled: the cream did not have that little extra to fit the exquisite looks of the location and the trust locals give it. The chocolate chips were a little too scattered and thin to my taste: the lack of crunch was a little bit unsatisfying and the surprising effect larger chunks can have in more artisanal receipts was missing. Overall not bad, even good if you combine it with other tastes. Enjoy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gelato of my life. I’ve often contemplated taking a 2 hour train from where I live to come back here for gelato. Try one of the recommended combinations, but whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong. Incredible value for money too. And the place is so nicely decorated.
