★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelato nella norma ma personale poco cordiale, ho chiesto se nei gusti alla frutta ci fosse il latte mi hanno risposto molto seccati.
Non riesco a trovare il tasto per rispondere soltanto che non si ricorda poi così bene in quanto alla fine ho acquistato il gelato per mio marito e quello alla frutta per me quindi forse non ricorda neanche che io ho solo detto che non avevo ancora mai sentito la presenza del solo lattosio senza latte perché non sono gelataia evidentemente e quindi mi incuriosiva la cosa ma Lei invece voleva solo procedere con i clienti e non perdere tempo a dare spiegazioni. Spero che faccia tesoro di questa esperienza per i prossimi clienti ?
Ice cream in the standard but unfriendly staff, I asked if there was milk in the fruit flavors, they replied very annoyed.
I can't find the button to answer only that she doesn't remember that well because in the end I bought the ice cream for my husband and the fruit one for me so maybe she doesn't even remember that I just said that I had never heard the presence of lactose only without milk because I am obviously not an ice cream maker and therefore I was curious about it but instead she just wanted to proceed with the customers and not waste time giving explanations. I hope he treasures this experience for future customers ?
