★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer genoeg blijkt hier het Südtiroler gezinsleven voor te gaan. De ijssalon heeft zulke beperkte openingstijden ( wie verzint het om een ijssalon in de zomermaanden al zo vroeg te sluiten????) dat het onmogelijk is om hier in de avonduren nog een ijs te eten.
Gezien andere beoordelingen is het ( in vergelijking tot de eerdere eigenaren) ook niet meer de moeite waard. Dat scheelt in ieder geval.
Unfortunately, the Südtiroler family life seems to go before this. The ice cream parlor has such limited opening hours (who makes up an ice cream parlor so early in the summer months ????) that it is impossible to eat an ice cream here in the evenings.
Given other reviews it is (compared to the previous owners) also no longer worth it. That saves in any case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind schon seit Jahren in die Eisdiele silvia während unseres Urlaubs . Jetzt fand ein Besitzerwechsel statt. Eis ist von guter Qualität. Leider fehlen und die leckeren fruchtigen Sorten wie Waldfrucht oder Orange usw.
We have been in the ice cream shop silvia for years during our vacation. Now a change of ownership took place. Ice cream is of good quality. Unfortunately missing and the delicious fruity varieties such as forest fruit or orange, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viele besondere Eis-sorten. Sehr Lecker. Im Vergleich zu anderern Eisdielen sehr preiswert. Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich. Eine Eiskugel ist so groß wie zwei. Wenn ich könnte würde ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben! :)
Many special types of ice cream. Delicious. Very cheap compared to other ice cream parlors. The service was incredibly friendly. An ice ball is the size of two. If I could I would give more than 5 stars! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata apposta in questa gelateria perché nel sito si parla di gelato senza glutine. Io sono celiaca e speravo di trovare coni senza glutine e niente contaminazione...in realtà si tratta di una gelateria come tutte le altre dato che il gelato di per sé non contiene glutine (tranne certi gusti) e anzi con contaminazione data dai coni normali.
I went to this ice cream shop on purpose because the site talks about gluten-free ice cream. I am celiac and I was hoping to find gluten-free cones and no contamination ... in reality it is an ice cream shop like all the others since the ice cream itself does not contain gluten (except for certain flavors) and indeed with contamination given by normal cones .

Perde due stelle perché le palline di gelato le fanno gli hotel non le gelaterie.
Due palline,ne mettono una sopra l'altra, così bisogna per forza mangiare prima un gusto poi l'altro.
Stessa storia anche con le vaschette,non vanno a peso ma a numero di palline.
Ripeto però che il gelato è davvero buono.
Good ice cream with high quality raw materials.
It loses two stars because the ice cream scoops are made by hotels, not ice cream parlors.
Two balls, they put one on top of the other, so you have to eat first one flavor then the other.
Same story also with the trays, they do not go by weight but by number of balls.
However, I repeat that the ice cream is really good.
