★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cameriera, con fare seccato e senza nemmeno salutare, insisteva poiché si pagasse prima della consumazione forse perché con me c'erano delle persone di colore. Fatto sta che una simile richiesta non mi era mai stata fatta prima nel medesimo locale e in nessun altra gelateria al mondo.
Poi hanno aspettato che ci sedessimo al tavolo per allontanarci in malo modo con la scusa che "non si possono consumare i coni seduti al tavolo", mentre c'era altra gente che mangiava il cono proprio lì.
Esperienza ai limiti dell'oltraggio.

 The waitress, annoyed and without even saying hello, insisted that we pay before the drink, perhaps because there were black people with me. The fact is that such a request had never been made to me before in the same place and in no other ice cream parlor in the world.
Then they waited for us to sit at the table to get away in a bad way with the excuse that "you cannot consume the cones sitting at the table", while there were other people eating the cone right there.
Experience bordering on outrage.

Acquisto 4 gelati in cono e chiedo se possibile consumarli al tavolino fuori; mi viene, giustamente, fatto osservare che c'è un cartello esposto che impedisce di consumare gelati in cono al tavolino esterno, insisto visto che avrei anche ordinato dei caffè da consumare al tavolo e la commessa si rivolge alla collega con tono quasi sconvolto facendoci passare per stupidi...desisto..prendo i gelati e vado via...peccato che fuori ci fosse una coppia che consumava beatamente due coni gelato seduti ad uno dei tavolini...riferisce che li avrebbe fatti alzare...esce fuori ed anziché ammonire la coppia prende l'ordinazione dei clienti di fianco e torna dentro come nulla fosse...COMPLIMENTI
Bad experience. I buy 4 ice creams in cones and ask if possible to consume them at the table outside; I am rightly pointed out that there is a sign displayed that prevents cone ice creams from being consumed at the outside table, I insist since I would also have ordered coffee to be consumed at the table and the saleswoman turns to her colleague with an almost shocked tone, letting us pass for fools ... I give up ... I take the ice creams and go away ... it is a pity that there was a couple outside happily consuming two ice cream cones sitting at one of the tables ... he reports that he would have made them get up ... he goes out and instead of admonishing, the couple takes the customer's order from the side and goes back inside as if nothing had happened ... CONGRATULATIONS

Had some good cappuccino and dessert, so nice place for a colazione as well.
The outside location also is quite wonderful as it gives you a view of the Plazza Duomo of Piacenza.
