★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves. We bought 15 EUR worth of products, yet they charged us for 22 EUR, which is about 50% more. The same person that gave us one ice cream 30s earlier pretended he gave us two. Even after that they were still owing us 4 EUR. It took a while until they finally gave up. BTW, we were a group of 4 and they still tried. Be careful with the change they give you back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gelato was average but the cost was outrageous, without corona restrictions in place, the prices were doubled without saying a word before handing the bill. Average food, avoid the place, total rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a ripoff. Okay ice-cream and coffee. But prices are different for the bar and takeaway which is not straightforward. We ended up paying 3 euro for coffee that is 1.60 in the menu and 8 euros for ice-cream which is 6 euros in the menu and all somehow totalled to 10 euros. It is not an honest way of operating and I do not recommend if you do not want to feel stupid afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here last year in August while visiting Venice. Honestly, this is the best gelato I’ve ever had. I tried so many while traveling in Europe. But none compare. If I had to pick one thing I miss the most from Europe - the gelato from this place. I had the coco & melon gelato. I WILL BE COMING BACK!!
