★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo gelato ma la commessa non ci sa fare. Non è stata scortese ma non può obbligare il cliente a scegliere i gusti in base ai colori solo perché non può pulire il cucchiaino per il gelato. Inaccettabile il fatto che una gelateria così ottima come la vostra non abbia una vaschetta per pulire il cucchiaino (o forse manca la voglia perché il lavandino è lì in vista). Avete perso un cliente.
 Excellent ice cream but the saleswoman doesn't know how to do it. She wasn't rude but she can't force the customer to choose flavors based on colors just because she can't clean the ice cream spoon. It is unacceptable that an ice cream shop as excellent as yours does not have a tray to clean the spoon (or perhaps there is no desire because the sink is there in sight). You have lost a customer.

I bought today a "cannoncino" it looked great, but I'm sorry to say that the cream was sour, inedible, I had to throw it away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love, love this place! Think our family went here almost everyday of our visit. Everything is great here. Smoothies, gelato, slushes, and the desserts. This is a must stop if you are in Mantua. The ladies that work here are very kind.
Update came back year later still great service delicious gelato. We still love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream of Chez Vous is by far one of the best in the city. The portions are so big you better take half the size of what you usually order in other gelaterie! :) But the prices are the same and the quality and service are excellent. They have a lot of tastes to choose from and they let you try one if you’d like. What is good to know is that they are open until late, and all winter as well.
