★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vuoi il vero gelato artigianale, non devi perderti quello di Carboni!! Troverai un prodotto genuino, preparato senza l'utilizzo di miscele o preparati industriali, così come tramandato dal proprietario originale. L'attuale proprietario ha deciso infatti di mantenere la stessa idea di prodotto Artigianale con la "A" maiuscola: tutto parte da zero, dalle materie prime come latte, zucchero, panna e ogni ingrediente aggiunto viene minuziosamente selezionato (nocciole Piemontesi, canditi di qualità...). Il prezzo ovviamente è riproporzionato al lavoro che c'è dietro e che il propietario, persona molto cortese, sarà ben felice di illustrarvi. Rispetto ai gelati comuni si paga poco di più, è vero, ma si parla tanto sostenere le attività locali...quindi sborsate quei 50 centesimi in più e vedrete che ne sarà valsa totalmente la pena!
If you want real artisanal ice cream, don't miss the Carboni one !! You will find a genuine product, prepared without the use of blends or industrial preparations, as handed down by the original owner. The current owner has in fact decided to keep the same idea of Artisan product with a capital "A": everything starts from scratch, from raw materials such as milk, sugar, cream and every added ingredient is meticulously selected (Piedmontese hazelnuts, quality candied fruit ...). The price is obviously proportionate to the work behind it and that the owner, a very courteous person, will be happy to show you. Compared to common ice creams you pay little more, it's true, but there is a lot of talk about supporting local activities ... so shell out those 50 cents more and you will see that it will be totally worth it!
