★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelato obiettivamente buono ma se serviti dalla signora passa completamente la voglia di gelato, che viene a sostituirsi con la voglia di spararsi in testa.
La gelataia non infonde voglia di lasciare un euro all'attività. Il commento a caldo del mio amico è stato: "preferirei buttare tre euro nel tombino cercando di fare canestro".
 Objectively good ice cream but if served by the lady the desire for ice cream completely passes, which is replaced with the desire to shoot oneself in the head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima gelateria, il gelato e' buono quando lo consumi e cosa molto importante nella fase digestiva. Molto ampia la scelta dei gusti tra classici e nuovi compresi quelli alla frutta. A volte un poco lunga l'attesa, dietro la banco c'è solo la signora Gaetanina, il mastro gelataio Enrico si intravvede nel laboratorio. Cosa molto importante in questo momento post covid, la gelateria ha una macchina automatica per pagare, l'igiene è garantita. Vale la pena di fare la coda.

Il nome vero della gelateria è Sharbè (opera del mastro gelataio Enrico) ed è diretto e inflessibilemente coordinato da Gaetanina che noi abbiamo sempre chiamato La Zia (ma poi perché?) Se passate nei mesi d'apertura (mesi estivi) e non vi fermate per un gelato o granita non sapete cosa vi perdete. Panna gratis su coni e coppe! Ingredienti trasportati freschi dall'entroterra di Imperia!! Vero km zero!
So .. the best ice cream in Imperia? It's here!!! The real name of the ice cream shop is Sharbè (the work of the ice cream master Enrico) and is directed and inflexible coordinated by Gaetanina whom we have always called La Zia (but then why?) If you spend the opening months (summer months) and don't stop for an ice cream or granita you don't know what you're missing. Free cream on cones and cups! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 2013 I have been coming to Imperia and so far this is my go-to place for granita (my favorite is the strawberry one). And it's true that they have a very well-thought out hygiene plan, with an automatic cash machine and free alcohol at both entrance and exit. And, yes, the lady serving the ice cream is quite an institution and I wish her more strength and years to come.
