D	Daria Veronesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un incidente lunedì scorso a Roma, a causa di una macchia di nafta sull'asfalto, sono scivolata con lo scooter e il personale dell' Ambulanza Associazione Geira Onlus mi ha soccorso in maniera egregia, anche se era lì per motivi diversi. Nicola P. ed Emiliana S. con grandissima professionalità sono intervenuti all'istante cercando di tranquillizzarmi, hanno valutato le mie condizioni, mi hanno immobilizzato sulla barella rigida, mi hanno messo il collarino. Oltre all'estrema professionalità ci tengo a ringraziarli per l'umanità dimostrata, l'aiuto, l'incoraggiamento che mi hanno rivolto con grande empatia. Mi hanno assistito con attenzione ed eccellente dedizione. In una situazione per me difficile mi hanno supportata, gesti semplici come tenere la mano di una paziente, o il farmi parlare mentre ero a terra in attesa del 118, hanno valore e dimostrano l'alto livello professionale e unamo di due operatori a lavoro in un lunedì qualsiasi. Ciò che per loro può essere routine per me è stato molto importante. Sono le persone che fanno la differenza! Li ringrazio di cuore perché con me sono stati straordinari! I had an accident last Monday in Rome, due to an oil stain on the asphalt, I slipped with the scooter and the staff of the Association Geira Onlus rescued me in an excellent way, even though it was there for different reasons. Nicola P. and Emiliana S. with great professionalism intervened instantly trying to calm me, they evaluated my condition, they immobilized me on the rigid stretcher, they put the collar on me. In addition to extreme professionalism, I would like to thank them for their humanity, their help, and their encouragement with great empathy. They assisted me with care and excellent dedication. In a difficult situation for me they supported me, simple gestures like holding a patient's hand, or letting me talk while I was on the ground waiting for the 118, have value and demonstrate the high professional level and a love of two operators working in any Monday. What for them can be routine for me was very important. They are the people who make the difference! I thank them heartily because they have been extraordinary with me!
