★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stanno gestendo una spedizione dalla Spagna e non sono in grado di fornirmi aggiornamenti, considerato il ritardo di almeno 10 giorni, sulla data di consegna prevista, con il rischio che il nostro cliente finale rifiuti la merce. In aggiunta, il sito per la tracciatura della spedizione non è aggiornato. Al telefono non risponde nessuno, attese infinite, alla fine la linea cade! Vergognoso. Insomma, davvero un pessimo servizio. Al momento la nostra merce non si sa dove sia. Pazzesco! Il peggior spedizioniere con cui ci siamo trovati a “collaborare”.
They are handling a shipment from Spain and are unable to provide me with updates, given the delay of at least 10 days, on the expected delivery date, with the risk that our end customer will refuse the goods. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata contattata martedì 23 per comunicarmi l arrivo del collo per mercoledì o giovedì. Alle ore 18.00 di giovedì 25 non avendo ricevuto nulla ho atteso più di un quarto d ora al telefono per avere notizie e l operatore mi ha riferito che la consegna saltava perché il vettore aveva avuto problemi alle gomme - ovviamente non si è visto senza aver avuto premura di avvisarmi. Riprogrammata quindi consegna per venerdì 26 tassativamente entro le ore 12.00. Naturalmente non si è visto nessuno. Ricontattati, sempre con attesa estenuante al telefono, mi viene dato il numero di telefono di un vettore che stava facendo consegne in un un'altra provincia il quale gentilmente ha chiamato il suo superiore per chiedere informazioni. Mi ha quindi richiamato per avvisarmi che arrivavano lunedì 29. Io come preavvisato sono partita per ferie. Mi auguro che lunedì 19 agosto arrivi la mia consegna. Aggiungo che la mia consegna , doveva avvenire tra il 17 e il 23 luglio! Anche il sito è pessimo senza riferimenti per contatti.

At 6.00 pm on Thursday 25, having received nothing, I waited more than a quarter of an hour on the phone to get news and the operator told me that the delivery was skipping because the carrier had tire problems - obviously it was not seen without having been taken care of to warn me. Rescheduled then delivery for Friday 26 strictly by 12.00. Of course no one was seen. Contacted, always grueling wait on the phone, it gave me the phone number of a carrier that was making deliveries in another province who graciously called his superior to ask questions. He then called me back to warn me that they were arriving on Monday 29. As a forewarning I left for holidays. I hope my delivery arrives on Monday 19 August. I would add that my delivery was to take place between 17 and 23 July! Even the site is bad without references for contacts.
