Andrebbe verificato se si ha quel prodotto in magazzino e non dopo giorni (quasi una settimana!), scoprire solo perchè io ho effettuato un sollecito, sentirsi rispondere "Il prodotto è esaurito non lo sapevamo. Pare che non ci sia. L'unica marca che manca è proprio quella che lei ha richiesto".
Segnalerò questo e-commerce per pratica scorretta.
Tu devi vendere solo i prodotti che hai a magazzino e sono disponibili, oppure lo devi indicare sul sito: "consegna previa verifica del magazzino"!
Se non avessi sollecitato io, qualcuno si sarebbe accorto del mio ordine?
Store assolutamente non consigliato o perlomeno, chiedete prima se hanno disponibilità del prodotto e quando arriva.
