Sono stato liquidato in due minuti volendo effettuare una riduzione di lunghezza su un bracciale nuovo. Nessuna certezza sul costo della riparazione, nessun costo previsto, nessuna chiamata effettuata al laboratorio per accertarsi in merito. La risposta è stata che dal laboratorio non possono dare informazioni rispetto al costo di riduzione o riparazione, che onestamente è una cosa fuori dalla normalità. L'invito della commessa è stato quello di verificare su altri punti vendita. Mai più!
Bad experience compared to the professionalism of the staff on Corso Numistrano, Lamezia Terme. I was cleared in two minutes wanting to do a length reduction on a new bracelet. No certainty about the cost of the repair, no expected costs, no calls made to the laboratory to ascertain. The answer was that the laboratory cannot give information regarding the reduction or repair cost, which honestly is something out of the ordinary. The order's invitation was to check on other points of sale. Never again!
