p	paola cherubini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali Ho chiesto una documentazione di 2 parole su un guasto constatato da loro e oltre a non averla fatta (rivolgendomi alla Gds con estrema educazione anche per in semplice "non la facciamo " ) non mi hanno MAI dato una risposta concreta prendendomi ripetutamente per i fondelli.Grande delusione non solo per non avermi aiutata ma più che altro e i per l atteggiamento dimostrato .senza alcun rispetto ed educazione. Con me hanno chiuso. Ripeto PROFESSIONALITA ZERO! Unprofessional I asked for a 2-word documentation on a fault found by them and in addition to not having done it (addressing the GDS with extreme education even for simple "we do not do it") they NEVER gave me a concrete answer, repeatedly taking me for the fondelli.Great disappointment not only for not having helped me but more than anything else and for the attitude shown .without any respect and education. With me they are done. I repeat ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!

F	Fabio Scaglione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato di sabato chiedendo se era possibile avere la sostituzione di una pompa per irrigazione giardino precisando che era già passato un elettricista e che la pompa era già stata giudicata non riparabile. . Alla mia domanda precisa da me posta, se era possibile ottenere la sostituzione nello stesso giorno mi viene risposto di sì. Accetto l'intervento, ma il tecnico ispezionata la pompa mi conferma la necessità di sostituzione della stessa ma che in magazzino non ne avevano e che il lunedì mi avrebbe inviato un preventivo. Il preventivo il lunedì non è mai arrivato e mi sono stati addebitato 50 euro per la chiamata. Assurdo !! Totale mancanza di serietà e professionalità. Da evitare assolutamente! Non utilizzate questa ditta!!! I called on a Saturday asking if it was possible to have a garden irrigation pump replaced, stating that an electrician had already passed by and that the pump had already been deemed unrepairable. . To my specific question asked by me, if it was possible to obtain the replacement on the same day, I am answered yes. I accept the intervention, but the technician inspected the pump confirms the need to replace it but that they did not have any in stock and that on Monday he would send me a quote. The quote on Monday never came and I was charged 50 euros for the call. Absurd !! Total lack of seriousness and professionalism. To be avoided absolutely! Do not use this company !!!

Prima esperienza negativa! Called for a boiler overhaul, after two phone calls, I had to be contacted, after three days I still haven't heard from anyone, on the phone it seemed like I had to pray for info on something they have been following them for years! Bad first experience!
