★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un'esperienza a dir poco allucinante con Gianni.
Volevo comprare una casa. E' passato piu' di un anno e dopo decine e decine di telefonate,messaggio scritti e vocali,visita della casa e dopo aver preso la decisione di acquistarla lui e la proprietaria hanno pensato bene di scomparire sia telefonicamente che tramite messaggi.
Capisco che ognuno puo' attraversare dei brutti momenti durante la propria esistenza,ma la professionalità non ha nulla a che vedere con la propria vita privata.
Sicuramente la proprietaria avrà problemi personali e mi fermo qui, ma una telefonata per dire che la casa non è piu' in vendita sarebbe legittimo riceverla????? Se poi verro' a scoprire che è stata venduta a qualc'un altro allora agiro' per vie legali,questo è certo!!
Ho contattato anche la proprietaria,e lei mi fa: la sua proposta non mi va bene. La mia risposta: va bene rilancio....poi....il nulla.
Sono strano io o lei????? Non aggiungo altro anche perchè,ripeto,andro' fino in fondo alla faccenda.
I had a hallucinating experience with Gianni to say the least.
I wanted to buy a house. More than a year has passed and after dozens and dozens of phone calls, written and vocal messages, a visit to the house and after making the decision to buy it, he and the owner have seen fit to disappear both by phone and by text.
I understand that everyone can go through bad times during their existence, but professionalism has nothing to do with their private life.
Surely the owner will have personal problems and I stop here, but a phone call to say that the house is no longer for sale would it be legitimate to receive it ????? If I later come to find out that it was sold to someone else then I will take legal action, that's for sure !!
I also contacted the owner, and she tells me: her proposal does not suit me. My answer: okay I raise .... then .... nothing.
Am I weird she or me ????? I do not add anything else also because, I repeat, I will go to the bottom of the matter.
