L'errore è stato decisamente negato, forse per timore mi potessi poi rivalere in qualche modo nei suoi confronti, e la soluzione impostami dal titolare è stata di rivolgermi ad un altro parrucchiere. Cosa che non ti aspetteresti visto l'ambiente in cui ti trovi appena entri. Un negozio nuovo con attenzione nei dettagli e suddivisione degli ambienti ,pulizia e cordialità fanno da padrone. A differenza di tanti altri parrucchieri, nel negozio non ci sono odori forti che pungono il naso e soprattutto l'ambiente non è caotico. Ognuno fa il suo lavoro e lo fa davvero bene, mai una parola di troppo. Non lo dico per elogiare nessuno, ma è solo una constatazione di fatto. Ho avuto modo di andare in altri negozi nel periodo in cui non potevamo uscire dal comune e vi garantisco che non vedevo l'ora di tornare da Giampaolo è Brunella. Una musica di sottofondo ti accompagna in un viaggio di relax e coccole. Nel periodo di tempo che passi qui ti scordi il mondo fuori. Con Giampaolo faccio il colore e posso dire solo che è il guru del colore. Capisce cos'è meglio per te e riesce sempre a superare le aspettative. Con Brunella faccio il taglio e di lei posso solo dire che come Giampaolo è molto empatica, riesce a prenderti per mano( metaforicamente parlando) per portarti ad un risultato che supera il risultato sperato. Qualità prezzo ottimo. Quando esco sono molto soddisfatta del trattamento ricevuto . Posso solo dire che sono soldi ben spesi.. Lo consiglio vivamente.
