Absolut empfehlenswerter Veranstalter und eine super deutschsprachige FΓΌhrung mit Stefano durch den Vatikan.
Absolutely recommendable organizer and a great German-speaking tour with Stefano through the Vatican.

2 Ottobre 2021 visita serale ai Musei Vaticani e Cappella Sistina guidata da Alberto Riccardi: un'esperienza a dir poco straordinaria accompagnati dalla competenza e la passione di una guida eccezionale!
October 2, 2021 evening visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel led by Alberto Riccardi: an extraordinary experience to say the least accompanied by the competence and passion of an exceptional guide!

This is a scam. Not worth the money. They say small grous, when you show up they eplain that small is around 15! Long waiting time everywhere. You wait at the office, then until walking to the Vatikan, then for them to buy tickets, ... a mess.

This was one of the best tours I've been on in Rome (and I've been on a few). Our tour guide was very knowledgable, and she even knew most of the security guards/staff, which meant we were really able to get the "VIP experience." Additionally, she was friendly and very accommodating - letting us slow down or speed up in areas of the museums where we wanted to. Not only was our tour guide amazing, but when we first arrived to the tour meeting point, Guadium's office, the gentleman at the front desk recommended the nearby coffee place to stop for a cup of coffee before beginning our tour. We chatted for a bit, and he was helpful in answering various questions regarding the neighborhood, etc. Overall, it was a great tour, with a very knowledgable tour guide, and extremely friendly people.

Very pleased we got and what we paid for. Bottom line is the lines for the Vatican are very long and we did not want to spend half of a day on vacation waiting in long lines. He got us right in bypassing the lines. This gave us more time to enjoy the Vatican and all the history it offers. Well worth Every penny for my wife and I

We did a night time tour of the vatican, and it was great. No lines or crowds throughout the museum and escaped the summer heat of the day. Our tour guide was highly knwolegable on all topics and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Only downside was the unorganisation at the begininng of the tour, where we were given the wrong starting time and got there an hour early. Overall a highly enjoyable tour.

Worst tour company! We booked a Vatican tour of 2.5hours with them (tour including the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Church and square). We had to all meet at the agency site. From there was a long chat and other tours they offered a day before and the tour showed us a booklet with all paintings from the Sistine Chapel explaining that she was not allowed to talk inside (everyone understood that, no problem!) Then we started walking to the museum, for like 10 minutes. There, it took at least 30minutes only to buy the tickets and sort them since students and children have a small discount (I have to mention that everyone had to pay full price of an adult and you had to pay a deposit in advance for then to already have all tickets booked!!!!). After this, were another 10 minutes spent on each getting the audio system to hear our guide. The guide was very short, museum very crowded, and our guide did not keep the umbrella stick lifted to see where she was going, so you constantly had to watch her instead of looking at the museum. We also skipped the Raphael room (which is a pity). The entire tour, she asked us questions about which other city's we visited in Italy and if we already know everything about the museum (well, if you would you would not pay for a guide anymore!) We spent an hour in the Museum and Sistine Chapel (50 minutes the museum, 10 minutes the Chapel). After this, we headed for the Church. Our guide kindly mentioned that people who want to climb the tower of the church (with magnificent view) had to hurry because it will CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES!!!! Still, she needed to collect the audio systems before and was not possible to book the visit of the tower. She also did not enter the Church or explain anything about it! She simply said good bye and showed us the entrance to the Church (even a blind man would have seen it!) We filed a complaint against them, and got 20 euro back (tour costs 55euro) Do not book with them, at least not this attraction! Is cheaper to do it by yourself!
