Purtroppo, a causa di un malinteso per una situazione che poteva finire malissimo, ho chiesto delle spiegazioni gentilmente e dato alcuni consigli, anche per migliorare il servizio. In pochi secondi mi sono ritrovata in una marea di insulti ed urla da parte di una signora e di alcuni signori che lavoravano in cortile. Ho visto molte recensioni positive ma è ovvio che quando ci sono questioni semplici, come adozioni, è facile non tirare subito fuori il grugno. Penso che avrebbero potuto essere un po' più cortesi ed educati, anche perché è bruttissimo quando questo tipo di attività sono gestite da persone arroganti ed esaltate. So benissimo che aiutano animali abbandonati e anche malati a trovare casa o comunque li curano... ma non per questo devono sentirsi onnipotenti e comportarsi in un modo davvero maleducato, insultando pesantemente anche sull'aspetto fisico. Ho spesso aiutato in modo economico questa attività senza sapere chi ci fosse dietro... spero almeno che i soldi vadano solamente agli animali, che purtroppo non hanno colpa degli esseri umani che ne sono responsabili. In a few seconds I found myself in a flood of insults and screams from a lady and some gentlemen who worked in the courtyard. I've seen a lot of positive reviews but it goes without saying that when there are simple issues, like adoptions, it's easy to not get your snout right away. I think they could have been a little more courteous and polite, not least because it's awful when this type of business is run by arrogant and exalted people. I know very well that they help abandoned and even sick animals to find a home or in any case treat them ... but this does not mean they must feel omnipotent and behave in a really rude way, heavily insulting even on the physical aspect. I have often helped this activity in an economic way without knowing who was behind it ... I hope at least that the money goes only to the animals, which unfortunately are not the fault of the human beings who are responsible for it.

Sono stato trattato, da alcuni operatori, in malo modo come se fossi stato l'autore del trattamento. Capisco le enormi difficoltà delle strutture chiamate a dare supporto ad animali in difficoltà, ma la prossima volta eviterò questo centro. Ho visitato il gattile di Carpi perché i volontari sono stati fondamentali nell'aiutarmi a ritrovare il mio gatto che si era smarrito, quindi ho ringraziato portando qualche materiale che potesse essere loro utile. I gatti vivono tutti in condizioni ideali, ognuno ha la sua personalità ed è meraviglioso vederli vivere in simbiosi tra loro e con i volontari. Bravi bravi bravi. Continuate così! I visited the shelter of Carpi because volunteers were instrumental in helping me find my cat that was lost, so I thanked bringing some material that could be useful to them. Cats all live in ideal conditions, each has its own personality and it is wonderful to see them live in symbiosis with each other and with the volunteers. Well done good. Keep it up!

Ho avuto occasione di adottare presso di loro e sono stata sempre ben colpita dalla gentilezza, amore e attenzione che dimostrano per i micioni. Molto attivi sulla loro pagina facebook, dove si possono avere tutte le informazioni. Se volete adottare (anche a distanza) un bel gattino o gattone consigliatissimo! These volunteer kids really love animals and at any occasion they are ready to prove it. I have had the opportunity to adopt with them and I have always been well impressed by the kindness, love and attention they show for the big cats. Very active on their facebook page, where you can have all the information. If you want to adopt (even from a distance) a nice kitten or cat highly recommended!

Fate donazioni, ne hanno bisogno, potete vedere su Facebook, come farlo, ci sono diversi modi per aiutare, donare materiale a loro utile, oppure soldi, oppure volontariato. ? Suggestive place for people like me who love cats, the staff is very kind and competent. they assist you even after adoption and after sterilization, for any problem obviously with the support of a veterinarian. Make donations, they need them, you can see on Facebook, how to do it, there are different ways to help, donate material to their profit, or money, or volunteering. ?
