Manca il tatto con i clienti e sapere che si rispetta la fila prima nel servire e poi che non si debbano favorire gli amici facendogli saltare la fila .
A mio avviso si perdono i clienti.
There is everything and more ... but a refresher course is missing for some workers.
There is a lack of tact with customers and knowing that you respect the queue first when serving and then that you shouldn't favor friends by making them skip the queue.
In my opinion, customers are lost.
