Io vi consiglio di abbassare (anche leggermente) i prezzi.
Nel complesso buono direi

I advise you to lower (even slightly) prices.

Ottima cordialità e disponibilità a differenza di molti altri locali che non so per che motivo tendano a "discriminare" chi arriva con i cofanetti regalo.
Riguardo al cibo, a mio avviso, posso dire che è una gastronomia di ottima qualità, con una buona scelta sia di primi che di secondi. Veramente ottimo il caffè!
Unica cosa, mi aggrego alle altre recensioni precedenti riguardo i costi, che non sono esagerati ma leggermente più alti della media per una gastronomia.

Excellent friendliness and helpfulness unlike many other places that do not know for what reason they tend to "discriminate" those arriving with gift boxes.
With regard to food, in my opinion, I can say that it is a high quality food, with a good choice of both first seconds. Really good coffee!
Only thing, I join the other previous reviews about the costs, which are not exaggerated but slightly higher than average for a deli.
