Si percepisce passione per questa professione oltre che una gran conoscenza delle materie prime e delle tradizioni venete. Chiacchierando mentre facevo acquisti ho avuto anche una buona impressione per come mi veniva consigliato di gestire le pietanze a casa e per la cura con cui venivano sigillate nei contenitori ermetici ( per me è molto importante perché solitamente altre gastronomie mi consegnavano i prodotti in vaschette con chiusura click-clack che trafilavano sughi e condimenti, ma qui non è mai successo) Sia la carne che il pesce sono cotti bene, saporiti e si percepisce che sono freschi e di qualità. Nel negozio ho sempre trovato un buon assortimento sia nei primi che nei secondi. Un pochetto meno nei contorni. Comunque provarli e stata una piacevole scoperta. Assolutamente consigliato il "saor". I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità dei prodotti. Complimenti a tutto il team! SUPER CONSIGLIATO I waited to try various preparations before this review. Chatting while I was shopping, I also had a good impression for how I was advised to handle the dishes at home and for the care with which they were sealed in airtight containers (for me it is very important because usually other delis delivered the products in trays with closure click-clack that drew sauces and toppings, but this has never happened here) Both the meat and the fish are well cooked, tasty and it is perceived that they are fresh and of quality. In the shop I have always found a good assortment both in the first and second courses. A little less in the side dishes. However trying them was a pleasant discovery.
