Every time I go to the trullo I can not I can not eat the white pizza with mortadella .... very clean place.

De Carolis for bread, pizza, sweets, delicatessen and butcher is the TOP IF YOU WANT TO EAT LIKE GOD, as regards the SUPERLATIVE STAFF IN KINDNESS AND COURTESY. GREAT AND HISTORIC ONCE SHOP !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima macelleria e pizzicheria ma soprattutto la MIGLIORE pizza bianca che abbia mai mangiato fin da quando ero bambina. Quando torno a Roma faccio sempre molto volentieri una sosta per prendere la pizza da mangiare poi a casa con la ricotta di pecora o anche con l'aggiunta di prosciutto crudo.
Il personale è cortese e sempre molto simpatico.
Excellent butcher and grocery store but above all the BEST white pizza I have ever eaten since I was a child. When I go back to Rome I always gladly stop to get pizza to eat at home with sheep's milk ricotta or even with the addition of raw ham.
The staff is courteous and always very nice.

Tutto ottimo dalla panetteria alla gastrononia... prezzi alti onestamente, ma se vuoi mangiare bene, gustarti un determinato taglio di carne, o semplicemente invitare ospiti e servire in tavola salumi e formaggi... è decisamente il posto giusto! E quei 6 /7 euro in più sul conto (a seconda delle proprie disponibilità finanziarie) fanno di sicuro la differenza in positivo.. . Ovviamente consigliato.
Reference food for generations ... even in my family. All excellent from the bakery to the gastronomy ... honestly high prices, but if you want to eat well, enjoy a certain cut of meat, or simply invite guests and serve cold cuts and cheeses on the table ... it is definitely the right place! And those 6/7 euros more on the account (depending on your financial resources) certainly make the difference in the positive ... Obviously recommended.
