Il gusto del pesce si sente in tutta le sua freschezza, rimane morbidissimo , leggero e naturale. Il sapore è ottimo, e la gentilezza della signora è un contorno perfetto. We found the quality of the fish truly exceptional, and we greatly appreciated that the skewers did not have that aftertaste of overcooked oil, as has often happened to us in some restaurants.
