Noi avevamo ordinato una paella con soltanto frutti di mare, calamaretti e gamberi. Pur avendolo raccomandato, abbiamo trovato, a casa, nelle vaschette un risottino cremoso con tanti e piselli, pezzetti di melanzane, pezzi di peperoni, tre cozze mignon e tre mini vongolette, con due pezzetti di un pesce non identificato e abbondanza di spezia di cumino che ha rovinato la paella. Noi l'abbiamo mangiata sia in Spagna che cucinata da un'amica spagnola. La paella non è un risottino cremoso come questa: mai più paella all'Approdo!
