★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato uno sgocciolatoio pensile, al momento dello scarto manca un gancio l per appoggiare il ripiano, chiamo subito per farlo presente e farmelo spedire, al che mi viene risposto che per farmelo mandare avrei dovuto mandare una mail alla direzione dove lo facevo presente con allegate le foto della mancanza e che successivamente se si fossero resi conto che mancasse avrebbero provveduto a inviarmelo. Risultato non acquisterò mai più nulla da loro. Ora speriamo che dalla foto notino che manca il pezzo così da inviarmelo ???? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un pagamento per una cappa snack è andato subito a buon fine poi mi hanno chiamato il giorno dopo dicendomi che la cappa non era proprio disponibile e che ci volevano 70 giorni per farla arrivare, ma sul sito era disponibile mica c'era scritto articolo solo su ordinazione!!! Mi hanno proposto un'altra cappa con un'aggiunta di 70 euro in pronta consegna, ma purtroppo non avevano neanche quella di conseguenza per me è un'azienda poco, ma veramente poco seria e nel momento in cui pretendevo il mio denaro versato nella loro azienda in maniera istantanea mi hanno risposto che ci volevano 15 giorni per l'accredito!!! Ma come 3 minuti per prenderli e 15 giorni per restituirmeli? Azienda molto poco seria!!!
