★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gentili e competenti . la differenza tra questo negozio e le grandi catene tipo Trony Media Markt Saturn è che qui capiscono molto di elettronica e sanno fare riparazioni per cui sanno dare Ottimi consigli mentre confrontando con i grandi negozi ti accorgi che non sanno neanche le caratteristiche di quello che vendono. Si paga qualcosa di più ma compri almeno la roba giusta e se qualcosa non quadra puoi sempre rivolgerti a loro perché il servizio post acquisto è molto più importante che risparmiare qualche euro comprandolo su internet ovviamente essendo solo in due spesso sono sovraccarichi ma se si ha un po' di pazienza ti trovano una soluzione. Esempio pratico Quando Gasteiger ha notato che alcuni tipi di televisori di fascia medio bassa continuavano a presentare problemi non li ha più ordinati per poter offrire ai clienti solo televisori di una certa qualità che risparmiano poi ai clienti stress e arrabbiature
