β β β β β Penso sia una delle peggiori aziende di servizi esistenti. Forse peggio delle compagnie telefoniche. Ho GPL in serbatoio interrato. Servizio telemetria a 4β¬ mensili non funzionante da anni. Fatture non inviate e poi conguaglio unico. Richieste di pagamento per fatture inesistente. E come se non bastasse 3 volte in 1 anno e mezzo rimasti senza GPL ..la prima volta il 25 dicembre 2018...con ospiti a casa ! Neppure una lettera di scuse...peccato essere costretti a mettere una stella ...neppure quella meritano
I think it's one of the worst service companies in existence. Maybe worse than the phone companies. I have LPG in an underground tank. Telemetry service at β¬ 4 monthly not working for years. Invoices not sent and then single adjustment. Payment requests for non-existent invoices. And to make matters worse 3 times in 1 year and a half left without LPG .. the first time on December 25, 2018 ... with guests at home! Not even a letter of apology ... too bad to be forced to put a star ... not even that they deserve
