Dopo 3 mesi caldaia nuovamente guasta sostituita per tentativi la valvola del gas..altre 200 euro senza alcuna ricevuta...sostituiti altri due elementi non pagatigli in quanto la caldaia ancora fuori uso! Voleva sostituire nuovamente la scheda!Dopo 15 gg. Senza caldaia gli chiedevo di prendersi i pezzi inutili per un importo di 200 euro ridandomi almeno questi soldi mi ha dato 150 euro più una ricevuta di 35 euro per l'intervento tecnico! Ossia si è fatto pagare l'intervento tecnico per montare la valvola del gas che non serviva ed ha preteso altri 35 euro per smontarsela. Gente che lavora sostituendo pezzi.... Denunciato all'avvocato ed alla Guardia di Finanza per mancati rilasci ricevute! He was unable to repair my boiler! After 3 months the boiler again failed, the gas valve was replaced by attempts .. another 200 euros without any receipt ... replaced two other elements not paid for as the boiler still out of use! He wanted to replace the card again! After 15 days. Without the boiler I asked him to take the useless pieces for an amount of 200 euros giving me back at least this money he gave me 150 euros plus a receipt of 35 euros for the technical intervention! That is, he charged for the technical intervention to mount the gas valve that was not needed and demanded another 35 euros to remove it. People who work by replacing pieces .... Reported to the lawyer and to the Guardia di Finanza for non-release received!

Da parte mia, posso dire che ho trovato un altissima preparazione sia sulla parte PRATICA E SOPRATTUTTO BUROCRATICA... Mi ha risolto tre problemi, di cui due non rientravano nelle sue mansioni.. Eppure, ha saputo indirizzarmi e soprattutto a risolvere. Nonostante sia una precaria, è riuscito a farmi ottenere lo sconto in fattura e farmi risparmiare più di mille euro.. I suoi ragazzi???? Bha a me non sono sembrati SCAGNOZZI... Anzi, loro hanno la stessa impronta di chi li comanda.. EDUCATI, PREPARATI E DISPONIBILI. Fermo restando che semmai in futuro dovessi avere problemi con il sig Scala, Di certo non mi nascondero' dietro una tastiera INSULTANDO GRATUITAMENTE..
