★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando troppe recensioni positive finiscono per fuorviare. Era la mia prima scelta in base ai voti, nettamente superiori alla mia seconda scelta. Non starei qui a scrivere questa recensione se la “seconda scelta” non mi avesse accolto con un sorriso, guardato con attenzione il ritratto, aiutato fin da subito a scegliere la cornice perfetta accostando varie opzioni e ragionando con me sui pro e i contro: pochi giorni e il regalo per mia madre sarà pronto, in tempo per il suo 80esimo. Cioè l’esatto contrario che mi ha offerto DG, incluso il gran finale: “no per lunedì non ce la faccio, semmai martedì stesso, ma lei deve partire...”. Spero per voi che questa recensione riposizioni questo venditore dove deve stare: nella media. Badate: non giudico l’arte, non ne ho avuto il piacere.
When too many positive reviews end up misleading. It was my first choice based on grades, far above my second choice. I would not be here to write this review if the "second choice" had not welcomed me with a smile, looked carefully at the portrait, helped immediately to choose the perfect frame by combining various options and thinking with me about the pros and cons: a few days and the gift for my mother will be ready, in time for her 80th. That is the exact opposite that DG offered me, including the grand finale: "no, I can't do it for Monday, if anything, Tuesday itself, but you have to leave ...". I hope for you this review puts this seller back where it belongs: average. Mind you: I don't judge art, I didn't have the pleasure of it.

che dire?!?..BRAVO! ho avuto occasione di acquistare presso il suo negozio una stampa di un artista Genovese, mi sono lasciato consigliare sulla cornice da montare ed il lavoro è stato ECCELLENTE soprattutto per il vetro usato (vetro trasparente usato nei musei), l'opera accresce il suo valore! Ho fatto incorniciare dei vecchi documenti di mio papà (congedo militare, diplomi vari, etc...) e la cura per i particolari utilizzati nelle cornici risalta la storicità dei documenti (credo sia uno dei pochi corniciai che ancora usa la carta sul retro con raffigurato il giglio fiorentino, bellissimo!). Insomma è un professionista che mette passione in ciò che fa e come in ogni cosa artigianale ci vuole il suo tempo! Bravo Sig. Garozzo !

what to say?!? .. BRAVO! I had the opportunity to buy a print of a Genoese artist at his shop, I let myself be advised on the frame to be mounted and the work was EXCELLENT especially for the glass used (transparent glass used in museums), the work increases its value ! I had my dad's old documents framed (military leave, various diplomas, etc ...) and the attention to detail used in the frames highlights the historicity of the documents (I think he is one of the few framers who still uses the paper on the back with depicted the Florentine lily, beautiful!). In short, he is a professional who puts passion into what he does and as in everything craftsmanship it takes his time! Bravo Mr. Garozzo!
