★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità 0. Mi sono recato a metà novembre 2021, previo appuntamento, assieme ad ingegnere ed architetto. Abbiamo scelto il materiale e richiesto il preventivo. Al 21 gennaio 2022, nonostante innumerevoli telefonate e diverse mail, non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Dopo mille risposte evasive nel corso di 2 mesi, finalmente una mezza verità: abbiamo troppo lavoro, non riesco, ho anche colleghi col covid che non stanno venendo a lavorare. Giustissimo, per carità, ma non mi sembra normale che in 2 DANNATI MESI NON SIATE STATI CAPACI DI ELABORARE UN MISERO PREVENTIVO. Misero, come la vostra attitudine al lavoro e la vostra serietà.
Professionalism 0. I went in mid-November 2021, by appointment, together with engineer and architect. We have chosen the material and requested a quote. As of January 21, 2022, despite countless phone calls and several emails, I still haven't received anything. After a thousand evasive answers over the course of 2 months, finally a half truth: we have too much work, I can't, I also have colleagues with covid who are not coming to work. Quite right, for heaven's sake, but it doesn't seem normal to me that in 2 DAMN MONTHS YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WORK OUT A MEASANT ESTIMATE. Miserable, like your attitude to work and your seriousness.
