Io credo che la serietà di un' azienda si veda quando emergono dei problemi e il cliente ha bisogno di assistenza. Per questo motivo il mio giudizio su Garmont è ottimo. In sintesi: ho avuto un problema con i miei scarponi (Tower LX GTX), il negozio in cui li avevo presi nel frattempo aveva chiuso. Garmont (servizio online) si è dimostrata super disponibile ad aiutarmi facendo comunque valere la garanzia del mio prodotto e trovando una soluzione che giudico ottima. Ora, dopo un uso intensivo, posso anche confermare che la qualità del marchio non si discute. Che dire, Garmont con il suo comportamento ha sicuramente guadagnato un cliente in più.
