c	ciccio piazza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi siamo molto preoccupati e ci spazientiamo vedendo il tempo passare ma ciò che ci infastidisce di più è vedere entrare tante altre persone arrivate dopo di noi. Che cosa succede? E’ molto semplice: l’infermiere che ci ha accolto ha effettuato una valutazione dell’urgenza definita “triage” e dobbiamo attendere perché la nostra urgenza è oggettivamente minima. Naturalmente questo non significa che il bambino non abbia niente oppure che non sarà visitato ma, semplicemente, che dovrà cedere il posto ad altri casi con maggiori necessità assistenziali. Il triage consente di razionalizzare i tempi di attesa in funzione delle necessità dei pazienti e delle risorse disponibili, We are very worried and we get impatient seeing the time go by but what annoys us most is seeing many other people come in after us. Non si capisce perche' non venga distribuito il cibo ai pazienti ricoverati presso OBI, invitando i parenti a portare da casa il cibo ,non tenendo conto la distanza di residenza dei pazienti. It's really pitiful, a field first aid. It is not clear why food is not distributed to patients admitted to OBI, inviting relatives to bring food from home, not taking into account the distance of residence of the patients.

Sono arrivato con ambulanza per un taglio profondo ad un dito, immediatamente visto da triage, mi hanno messo comodo, mi hanno riassicurato..attesa circa un'ora. Medico, Dr.ssa Franco, e staff, super disponibili, capaci e professionali. Sono stato al pronto soccorso a Milano, Brescia, Los Angeles e Mosca, mai un servizio come questo. Bravissimi e grazie davvero! Tutto il personale è stato fantastico! Punti fenomenali! Fantastic experience. I arrived by ambulance for a deep cut on my finger, immediately seen by triage, they made me comfortable, they reassured me .. wait about an hour. Doctor, Dr. Franco, and staff, super helpful, capable and professional. I have been to the emergency room in Milan, Brescia, Los Angeles and Moscow, never a service like this. In sala d'attesa oltre i pazienti si trovano i familiari e c'è anche chi entra per chiedere monetine. Ad un certo punto in ambulanza arriva una persona a cui viene eseguita una tac...risulta positiva al covid. L'area diventa inaccessibile per qualche tempo perché devono sanificare. Dopodiché al mio terzo ingresso in ambulatorio stavolta mi viene misurata la temperatura corporea 37,5 e vengo invitata ad effettuare il tampone molecolare direttamente in area covid tra gente intubata che tossisce a più non posso. Ovviamente mi rifiuto perché anche se vaccinata con doppia dose non mi va di stare lì e rischiare. Sono costretta ad effettuare dimissioni volontarie senza che abbiano risolto il problema per cui avevo fatto accesso. Richiedono il green pass ovunque e in una struttura ospedaliera c'è il massimo della strafottenza...e poi i contagi aumentano! 11/15/2021 They allow anyone to access without taking a quick swab and without measuring body temperature. Obviously I refuse because even if vaccinated with a double dose I don't want to stay there and risk it. I am forced to voluntarily resign without having solved the problem for which I had logged in. They require the green pass everywhere and in a hospital there is the maximum of arrogance ... and then the infections increase!
