Essendo molto scettica sulle palestre lei ha saputo convincermi per intraprendere questo percorso insieme a distanza di un mese anche se poco posso dire di essermi ricreduta e che Eleonora è stata bravissima nel seguirmi, è molto comprensiva e ti coinvolge nell’attività, mi sento più energica più leggera con più voglia di fare nella quotidianità rispetto a prima. Per quanto riguarda la palestra bellissima, pulita e ordinata, dato questa situazione anche la santificazione di tutta la palestra è eccellente. I started this experience by chance. Since I moved to Milan (3 years ago) I have been visiting many gym clubs to find a place to feel comfortable and Garibaldi Fitness is the best for location, equipment and - above all - staff who is incredibly kind and supportive. I was not a gym goer but now it’s one of my favorite things to do!
