La Gargiulo impianti ha installato una caldaia a condensazione Unical che ha detta del titolare era il top del mercato. Dopo solo 2 mesi il primo guasto riparato con sostituzione di un pezzo, (pagato nonostante fosse in garanzia) poi di nuovo in blocco a intervalli di 1/2 mesi con assistenza fino a un anno di vita della caldaia quando stufi di essere contattati con la caldaia ancora in garanzia mi hanno detto che non potevano più aiutarmi e di "arrangiarmi" cosi ho dovuto installare a mie spese uno scaldabagno elettrico e chiamare l'assistenza Unical da Piacenza che, con l'intervento di un loro tecnico, ha cambiato tutto il corpo bruciatore gratuitamente in quanto difettoso.
Questo delinea a mio avviso una mancanza totale di serietà e di competenza professionale.
Sale without assistance and zero professionalism
Gargiulo Impianti installed a Unical condensing boiler which the owner said was the top of the market. After only 2 months the first fault repaired with replacement of a piece, (paid despite being under warranty) then again en bloc at 1/2 month intervals with assistance up to one year of boiler life when you are tired of being contacted with the boiler still under warranty they told me that they could no longer help me and to "make do" so I had to install an electric water heater at my expense and call Unical assistance from Piacenza which, with the intervention of one of their technicians, changed everything burner body free of charge as it is defective.
In my opinion, this outlines a total lack of seriousness and professional competence.
