Questa azienda non risponde più dopo che il cliente ha ormai pagato in anticipo il suo ordine! After one month I have not yet received a protection that serves not to drop my children 3 years of bed (I got 15 days, but I can not use) and no one answers my mail. This company no longer responds after the customer has already paid his order in advance!

Ho optato per la medesima soluzione pur avendo scelto un'altro colore. Sconsigliato per esperienza. Pessima assistenza telefonica e tempi di consegna lunghi. Il mio desiderio era quello di ottimizzare lo metratura della camera durante il giorno -lasciando disponibile più spazio alle bimbe per giocare e per muoversi- ma anche di occuparlo al meglio durante la notte. Attraverso il portale online ho potuto scegliere i colori dei tre letti (superiore, centrale e inferiore), appurare le rispettive dimensioni dei materassi e completare l’ordine in totale tranquillità. Attraverso uno scambio veloce di email ho ricevuto sempre regolare assistenza. Una volta ricevuto il materiale a casa, il montaggio è risultato semplice e immediato. I letti sono di buona fattura, possiedono rotelle integrate per lo spostamento agevole uno dentro l’altro. Unica pecca: i tempi di consegna. Prenotando a fine agosto ho ricevuto la merce a ottobre. Tuttavia, il ritardo è in parte comprensibile se penso che la mia domanda è stata inoltrata durante il periodo di chiusura attività (periodo estivo) e la azienda indica 3 settimane come periodo previsto di evasione dell’ordine. My desire was to optimize the size of the room during the day - leaving more space available for the girls to play and move - but also to occupy it at best during the night. Through the online portal I was able to choose the colors of the three beds (upper, middle and lower), ascertain the respective dimensions of the mattresses and complete the order in total tranquility. Through a quick exchange of emails I have always received regular assistance. Once the material was received at home, the assembly was simple and immediate. The beds are well made and have built-in casters for easy movement one inside the other. The only flaw: the delivery times. By booking at the end of August I received the goods in October. However, the delay is partly understandable if I think that my application was submitted during the business closure period (summer period) and the company indicates 3 weeks as the expected order fulfillment period. Il servizio post vendita è stato sempre disponibile a risolvere tempestivamente problemi legati alla mancata spedizione di un paio di pezzi. Sono davvero soddisfatta della manifattura dei mobili. Istruzioni di montaggio chiare ed esaustive. Sono riuscita a montare tutto da sola. Consiglio vivamente questa Azienda a chiunque avesse intenzione di arredare casa. Montaggio semplicissimo, materiale ottimo e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il letto sotto scorre con un dito. Unica pecca secondo me è che manca la possibilità di un fermo che tenga vicini i due letti. Complessivamente molto soddisfatta. Beyond the shipping times that were truly infinite, I was very happy.
