Vi consiglio di farvi un giro nelle grandi catene di arredo e fare un conto totale di quello che andrete a spendere... Poi andate da loro e vi renderete conto che non c'e proprio paragone!! La qualità del prodotto è ottima e giustifica il prezzo, tuttavia abbiamo dovuto attendere 3 mesi per la consegna del prodotto (a fronte di 3 settimane stimate al momento del pagamento del preventivo). Abbiamo trovato poca comprensione da Gardini Arredamenti verso il cliente, il quale ha semplicemente ribaltato le colpe sul produttore: considerando che stiamo arredando casa e che avremo bisogno anche di altri elementi di mobili mi sarei aspettato un comportamento maggiormente corretto e lungimirante, magari cercando di ovviare all'inconveniente con un prezzo migliore. We bought a Bontempi table about a year ago. The quality of the product is excellent and justifies the price, however we had to wait 3 months for the delivery of the product (compared to 3 weeks estimated at the time of payment of the estimate). We have found little understanding from Gardini Arredamenti towards the customer, who has simply overturned the blame on the producer: considering that we are furnishing the house and that we will also need other furniture elements, I would have expected a more correct and far-sighted behavior, perhaps trying to obviate to the inconvenience with a better price.

Personale gentile e disponibile nelle richieste ma mi avevano detto che mi avrebbero inviato via mail un preventivo in giornata e invece non ho più ricevuto nulla. Se trattano così tutti i clienti mi sa che vendono poco. Small furniture shop with parking difficulties nearby. Staff polite and helpful in requests but they told me that they would send me a quote by email within the day and instead I have not received anything. If they treat all customers like this, I know they sell little.
