Ho richiamato dopo due giorni per assicurarmi che questo fosse pronto ed ho ricevuto rassicurazioni in tal senso. Il giorno dopo, al momento del ritiro il titolare mi richiede 74€ per poter ritirare il preventivo, senza averne mai fatto accenno nei due incontri precedenti.
Premetto che:
1) ciascuno è libero di farsi pagare anche per un preventivo (“io la segretaria per fare i preventivi la devo pagare” mi è stato detto).
2) il costo è stato dal titolare definito “acconto” che sarebbe stato detratto all’acquisto (ma io ho chiesto un preventivo e non ho fatto un ordine).
Tuttavia ritengo sia stato molto scorretto nascondere il “costo” del preventivo in ben due occasioni e farlo presente solo all’ultimo al momento del ritiro.
Il preventivo ovviamente non l’ho ritirato. Mi spiace solo aver perso tempo e per la segretaria che spero venga pagata ugualmente.
La chiarezza e la correttezza per me vengono prima di tutto, anche del prodotto che si vende.

Little correctness on the part of the owner. I went personally to request a quote. I called back after two days to make sure this was ready and received reassurance to that effect. The next day, at the time of collection, the owner asks me for € 74 in order to collect the quote, without ever having mentioned it in the two previous meetings.
I state that:
1) everyone is free to get paid even for an estimate ("I have to pay the secretary to make the estimates" I was told).
2) the cost was defined by the owner as "down payment" which would have been deducted upon purchase (but I asked for a quote and did not place an order).
However, I believe it was very incorrect to hide the "cost" of the quote on two occasions and only mention it to the last one at the time of collection.
Obviously, I have not withdrawn the quote. I'm only sorry for wasting time and for the secretary who I hope will be paid equally.
For me, clarity and fairness come first, even in the product that is sold.
Not recommended.
