Negozio molto carino dall'esterno, ben tenuto.
L'orario di apertura pomeridiana indicava le 17:00, ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 17.45 perché prima non ci ha servito nessuno.
Siamo entrati per ordinare un mazzo di fiori per il giorno seguente, con consegna in albergo.
La commessa (o proprietaria?) molto molto scortese e sbrigativa, dava l'impressione di esser infastidita da doverci servire. Ci spiega che fino alle 10 a.m. non effettuano il servizio di consegna.
Fissiamo per farci consegnare i fiori per le 10 in punto nella hall dell'albergo.
Alle 10.45, non avendo ancora ricevuto il mazzo di fiori, telefoniamo e ci viene detto (in tono innervosito) che i fiori sono in consegna e che al massimo in 5 minuti arriveranno.
Alle ore 11.30 sono arrivati.
Mazzo carino, ma per la spesa, niente di che.

The afternoon opening hours indicated 17:00, but unfortunately we had to wait until 17.45 because nobody served us before.
We went in to order a bouquet of flowers for the following day, with delivery to the hotel.
The saleswoman (or owner?) Very very rude and hasty, gave the impression of being annoyed by having to serve us. He explains that until 10 a.m. do not perform the delivery service.
We set to have the flowers delivered for 10 o'clock in the hotel lobby.
At 10.45, having not yet received the bouquet of flowers, we call and we are told (in an unnerved tone) that the flowers are being delivered and that in 5 minutes they will arrive.
At 11.30 they arrived.
Nice bouquet, but for shopping, nothing special.
