★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thought this was a thermal hot spring pool (or at least would have a hot tub pool). We had been inside for less than 5 min decided to leave. Even though we didn’t even use the facilities we where rudely dismissed when we asked for a partial refund or help of some kind. Very unhelpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place, high quality and new. Only twice in the week we had a bit of noise from the bar next door and a had a bike stolen. The ACs in every room really were amazing. 4 restaurants around which is super convenient. We'd come again!
